I’m a corporate trainer, executive coach, and media contributor with over 25 years of experience helping business leaders, executives, and diplomats strengthen their leadership, communication, and professional presence.
As Training Manager at Wide Impact in Dubai, I design and lead development programs tailored to organizations, teams, and individuals across the MENA region. My work focuses on executive presence, leadership effectiveness, and strategic communication.
I’ve coached and advised senior executives, diplomats, and members of royal families through customized development programs delivered across the Arab world. I provide all training and coaching in both English and Arabic, ensuring accessibility for diverse clients.
Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of professionals from Arab, Asian, and European backgrounds, working with leading corporations, government entities, and multinational organizations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq.
In addition to corporate training, I serve as a visiting professor and capstone judge at several universities, contributing to academic leadership and mentorship.
As a media contributor, I share insights on leadership, etiquette, and professional development through weekly television segments, a dedicated radio show, and hundreds of published articles. Since 2013, I’ve appeared in over 500 TV and radio interviews across the region.
I hold a PhD in Political Science with a focus on International Affairs, Leadership Studies, and Organizational Behavior. My academic background also includes a BSc in Social Sciences and diplomas in Diplomatic Relations and Conflict Resolution.
Beyond my corporate work, I’m the Founder and Managing Director of the Lebanese Book Club, a platform for literature, cultural exchange, and intellectual dialogue. I also founded and managed Blue Bead Recruitment Agency, a firm that connected top talent with leading employers.
